Okay, this is the last Colorado post. You can all breathe easy now. Whew! On our last day in the mountains, the kids and I went horseback riding at Triple B Ranch. A) The ranch is lovely. Victor, Colorado
I've mentioned how absolutely remote our cabin was, right? Well, there was one town that was only about 6-7 miles away. It's a mere shadow of the thriving metropolis it was back in the early 1900s, but its run-down charm, isolation and population that I could just about count on one hand made it a great place to visit. Garden of the Gods
(See part one and part two of my Colorado posts here and here) What I didn't mention yesterday was that while we were at the cabin, Alex lost a tooth. A very cantankerous tooth that refused to come out even with the permanent tooth 90% of the way in. Into The Forest
