Fun mail!

September 9, 2008 by abbie 9 Comments

Today Elliott and I got a fun package in the mail….4 pair of Babylegs!!! I think they about the cutest things I can put on her and I’m so excited that the weather is getting cooler so she can wear them all the time!

For those of you who know and love Babylegs, enjoy the cuteness that follows! For those of you that haven’t had the pleasure of experiencing Babylegs, you are about to discover something wonderful! They’re leg warmers for babies, toddlers….and, well, anyone else who wants to wear them! They make diaper changes easy-peasy, since there’s no pulling pants up and down. They protect little knees from scrapes and carpet burn. And in our case, they’re going to take Elliott’s summer mini skirts into the fall and winter! Did I mention that I love these things???

I had hoped to have her model all 4 pair of them for you today, but she just wasn’t cooperating for pictures. It was icky and rainy out, so I can’t say that I blame her. We’ll just have to do each pair their own post….after all, they deserve it. They’re that cute!

She’s running around in this pair right now:

They’re called ‘Brite’ and you’ll find them under the ‘Retro’ and ‘Organic’ catergories on their site. So yeah…how cool is that? Organic. Good stuff. Not only are they made of really nice, soft organic cotton, they also remind me of my beloved Lite Brite from my childhood. That’s the good stuff. Do you remember the way your Lite Brite smelled as the light bulb heated the plastic? Is it weird that I found that to be a pleasant smell and associate the memory of that smell with wonderful, creative, peaceful moments in my childhood?

Back to the matter at hand…check these out…

I think they look absolutely fun with her high-tops, too! Our whole family lives in our converse, but she totally rocks them with her skirt and Babylegs, don’t ya think?

I’ll be showing off her other fun ones soon! Keep an eye out! In the meantime, go shop around! Babylegs.com!!!

Though Herve Leger Is Famous In The Fashion World, Very Few Know About The Brand’s History. Herve Leger Bandage Dresses Have Only Been In Production From 1989-1997 And From 2008-Present.
